Update 5-11-2010

This week we planted four fruit trees, many seeds in the ground outside, and also harvested some baby spinach! Here is the spinach procedure:

The finished salad! Ingredients: Baby spinach, Feta cheese and hard-boiled egg.

Also this week Daddy and Mama planted some fruit trees - 2 Honeycrisp apple and 2 pear trees. They used compost from the Manitowoc site.

Sunny planting day!

I will get seedling pictures later as it is rainy out right now.

    Wow, that's epic! Yum, I love honeycrisp apples. You're going to have a regular grocery store out there. I'm jealous. XD

    :) Yes, I hope we can sell some of our produce... But, as Mom says, "You'll be surprised at how much we can use ourselves!" XD Daddy grew the spinach and made the salad.
